The service is provided by FairBuyAI. By using the service, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and, if using on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

FairBuyAI lets you submit an offer, link, price, quote or renewal and receive a FairBuy report with a score, reasoning, and a recommendation (Buy, Wait, Negotiate or Avoid). The service is informational and is not financial, legal, or professional advice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party; (c) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including via malware, probing, scanning, or scraping; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (e) resell or redistribute the service without our written consent; or (f) circumvent any technical limits or access controls.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant FairBuyAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and analyse that content solely to provide and improve the service.

FairBuyAI and all related software, models, branding, documentation, and the FairBuy Score methodology are owned by FairBuyAI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence shown at checkout (e.g. monthly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

FairBuy reports are generated using automated analysis and AI models. Outputs may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own purchase decisions and for verifying important information before acting on it. The service is not suitable as a substitute for regulated financial, legal, or professional advice. We may moderate, filter, or refuse outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law.

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window where required by law or contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairBuyAI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold FairBuyAI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
